The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Andres Ekhi stood somewhat misplaced when Judas Verón came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 5 minute. Bernardo Raggio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abel Ramalho went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Ricart Futebol Clube's Andres Ekhi got control of the ball when Garcia Morros tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Belgrano de Pibasog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Judas Verón to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 22 in the game by Garcia Morros from a close distance when the talented Andres Ekhi managed to make a qualified save. Ricart Futebol Clube's players were relieved. Bernardo Raggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Ramalho in the 28th minute of the match. With a little luck, Ricart Futebol Clube's Andres Ekhi got control of the ball when Judas Verón tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andres Ekhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pawel Grabowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Raggio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Ramalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Bernardo Raggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Ramalho in the 38th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Judas Verón made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Garcia Morros in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Ekhi saved Ricart Futebol Clube from getting behind. Abel Ramalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 56 played minutes Belgrano de Pibasog got a freekick which was hit by Maximiano Delgado. Belgrano de Pibasog's Timo Haydon was substituted for Justino Frederico. Maximiano Delgado kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Andres Ekhi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garcia Morros, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Eusebio Hori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andres Ekhi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eustaquio Fortun's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 66thth minute of the game Eusebio Hori who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgrano de Pibasog's Bernardo Raggio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 70th minute of the match, Eusebio Hori got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bernardo Raggio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Belgrano de Pibasog's Iulian Ilinca was substituted for Judas Verón. In the 79th minute Pawel Grabowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Ekhi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Gaizkine kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Andres Ekhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iulian Ilinca in the 91st minute of play. Ricart Futebol Clube were furious when Vlad Geamănu was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 95th match minute, Ricart Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vlad Geamănu to maneuver through the defense. When Pawel Grabowicz came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Belgrano de Pibasog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pawel Grabowicz couldn't finish the play. Ricart Futebol Clube were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Belgrano de Pibasog's much stronger midfield.
