After 8 minutes, Diogo Calado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aston Villa F.C and the Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Diogo Calado hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Arkın Öğüç took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Duda Berger to make any attempt to save it. 17 minutes into the match, Aston Villa F.C's goalkeeper Duda Berger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arkın Öğüç. After a rather tough play, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Arkın Öğüç got a free kick in the 20th minute. Arkın Öğüç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK booed when Aston Villa F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernani Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Joakim Forss was substituted for Michael Karlsson. Duda Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkın Öğüç in the 30th minute of play. Ariel Leguizamón took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duda Berger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arkın Öğüç's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. With a little luck, Aston Villa F.C's Duda Berger got control of the ball when Joakim Forss tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elói Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Joakim Forss made a precise shot to the right of Duda Berger. Aston Villa F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Duda Berger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arkın Öğüç went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Duda Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joakim Forss in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Aston Villa F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Liudvikas Karitonas came free, but Duda Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Dan Preuveneer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Elói Abreu in the 61 minute of the game. Ariel Leguizamón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias Freire in the 63rd minute of the match. Aston Villa F.C's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
