A collision led to Zielonka Gdansk getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Wasyl Lewicki hit a great ball. Gottfrid Asklövs short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Waclaw Zajonc to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Zielonka Gdansk's Ganga Banga was substituted for Gottfrid Asklöv. When Eric Backmann fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carloforte f.c.'s protests and gave Eric Backmann a yellow card for diving instead. Cyprian Sitko struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Waclaw Zajonc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zielonka Gdansk. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Zielonka Gdansk walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
