A hard shot 21 in the game by Lennart Härm from a close distance when the talented Duda Berger managed to make a qualified save. Aston Villa F.C's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kajetan Wolniewicz in the 30th minute of play forced Carloforte f.c.'s goalkeeper Waclaw Zajonc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waclaw Zajonc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Calado in the 33rd minute of play. Lennart Härm who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Duda Berger when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lennart Härm's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Duda Berger skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 36th minute Carloforte f.c. were awarded a corner. Ciro Donati went to the cornerflag to take it. Carloforte f.c.'s Ettore Brunetta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Duda Berger in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Carloforte f.c. getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ettore Brunetta hit a great ball. If Diogo Calado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Duda Berger made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Lennart Härm sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 48 minutes, Dobromir Adamowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carloforte f.c.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dobromir Adamowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lennart Härm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Duda Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobromir Adamowicz in the 53rd minute of the match. If Kajetan Wolniewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dobromir Adamowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda Berger having to interfere. After 65 played minutes, Carloforte f.c.'s Ettore Brunetta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Duda Berger came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Carloforte f.c. reached it. Carloforte f.c.'s Waclaw Zajonc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Calado in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Felice Aureli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carloforte f.c.'s Diego Simeoni was substituted for Ettore Brunetta. 74 minutes into the match, Carloforte f.c.'s goalkeeper Waclaw Zajonc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kajetan Wolniewicz. After a rather tough play, Carloforte f.c.'s Diego Simeoni got a free kick in the 76th minute. Waclaw Zajonc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nico Itajaí in the 78th minute of the match. Bernardo Antonelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 86 minutes into the match, Mathias Freire dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Waclaw Zajonc, 0-1. Waclaw Zajonc made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Kajetan Wolniewicz sent off a good shot on target. Aston Villa F.C were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Carloforte f.c.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mário Corrêa took the corner. Mário Corrêa made a great header on Aston Villa F.C's corner, it was just that Carloforte f.c.'s Waclaw Zajonc managed to reach the ball for a save. Waclaw Zajonc came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Aston Villa F.C's Mathias Freire. But to his dismay, Mathias Freire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Aston Villa F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
