Nichifor Nicolae showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Habil Castolo in the 11th minute of the match. Habil Castolo scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nichifor Nicolae, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, the xeneise dream team's Henrik Askelöf got a free kick in the 18th minute. Efrain Merexildo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st minute, Edelmiro Resto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute of the match Genaro Farias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nichifor Nicolae showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Efrain Merexildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Aires having to interfere. If Efrain Merexildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vinicio Aires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Calisto, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Nichifor Nicolae didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paolo Eutor went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 38th minute Paolo Eutor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichifor Nicolae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Adolfo Calisto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Merexildo might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vinicio Aires. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Efrain Merexildo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd minute Efrain Merexildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Aires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TheBambiTooFurious's Nichifor Nicolae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacharias Siatzis in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, the xeneise dream team's goalkeeper Vinicio Aires had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Efrain Merexildo. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Efrain Merexildo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Paolo Eutor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichifor Nicolae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nichifor Nicolae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Eutor in the 69th minute of play. Vinicio Aires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Merexildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Habil Castolo came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the the xeneise dream team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Habil Castolo couldn't finish the play. If Erasmo Gartxot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nichifor Nicolae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacharias Siatzis in the 88th minute of play. Nichifor Nicolae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacharias Siatzis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erasmo Gartxot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. the xeneise dream team made a substitution. Aquiles Mikolas replaced Habil Castolo. Erasmo Gartxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Vinicio Aires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded the xeneise dream team left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than TheBambiTooFurious.
