In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind KIA KAHA's goalkeeper Fabio Santilli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. La Acade's David Abaurre managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Karl-Henry Roos in the 26 minute of the game. Leonard Lamczyk hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Shao Zhou hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Blas Aritza was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 43rd minute, Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

La Acade's Blas Aritza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save La Acade from getting a goal against them. Sataporn Snabl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Blas Aritza having to make a save. KIA KAHA made a substitution.
