Serafim Malta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Turgay Şeren made a huge save. Huang Rong's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Liu Xing Qiang read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalie and right to Alex Enoaia. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 21 minutes into the match, Golden Generation's Huang Rong sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Liu Xing Qiang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eugenio Cannata kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Huang Rong came free, but Liu Xing Qiang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Golden Generation were awarded a corner. Ulises Dimas went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Ulises Dimas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Liu Xing Qiang quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 45th minute, Erwin Jadamowitz made a precise shot to the right of Turgay Şeren. Golden Generation's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Golden Generation made a substitution. Yorrick Hekman replaced Toni Delgado. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Golden Generation's Elivélton Cunha was substituted for Huang Rong. Turgay Şeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafim Malta in the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Serafim Malta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Turgay Şeren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute Elivélton Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liu Xing Qiang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Elivélton Cunha made a precise shot to the right of Liu Xing Qiang. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Elivélton Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC had played much better football throughout.
