The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 10 minutes of play, PP Plessydask's Edgar Marques made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sezai Doğan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edgar Marques blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sezai Doğan having to make a save. Jan Abrahamsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eilif Rosholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Mehmet Emrah Arpacıoğlu in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PP Plessydask's Mustafa Jamil. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Marques in the 29th minute of play forced Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's goalkeeper Sezai Doğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Artemio Lastur was slow to take the kick. During this time PP Plessydask's players had a chance to rest. The corner led PP Plessydask's Artemio Lastur to fire away a dangerous shot which Sezai Doğan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mehmet Emrah Arpacıoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mehmet Emrah Arpacıoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89 getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Mehmet Emrah Arpacıoğlu hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, Edgar Marques reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sezai Doğan. The goal made the score 2-2. Mehmet Emrah Arpacıoğlu got a throw-in 38 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Hasan Hüseyin Niyazi. You Xi Liang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, PP Plessydask's Edgar Marques got a free kick in the 44th minute. PP Plessydask's Hjalmar Haegg was substituted for Edgar Marques. PP Plessydask made a substitution. Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer replaced Mustafa Jamil. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The supporters of Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89 booed when PP Plessydask was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience was convinced that Hjalmar Haegg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sezai Doğan was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Sezai Doğan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Palle Pottenstein in the 97th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. PP Plessydask had won after a very even match.
