After a defensive mix-up in Begu Ganjang's zone, Lázaro Lizbeth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tonio Bergada came out of the goal and Lázaro Lizbeth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of B68 Toftir booed when Begu Ganjang was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Harun Alptekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grisha Mbappè in the 13th minute of play forced B68 Toftir's goalkeeper Beat Leutwyler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tonio Bergada made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Maximino Goi sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes into the match, Begu Ganjang's goal looked a bit too open when Timmie Nyemanting came free, but Tonio Bergada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beat Leutwyler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grisha Mbappè, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 minutes of play, Begu Ganjang's Grisha Mbappè made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beat Leutwyler was left in no man's land by his defense there! Beat Leutwyler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grisha Mbappè in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Begu Ganjang were awarded a corner. After 30 played minutes B68 Toftir got a freekick which was hit by Ruben Dias. Grisha Mbappè's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beat Leutwyler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Tonio Bergada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Lizbeth, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Begu Ganjang's Sebastian Cipău managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ruben Dias in the 40 minute of the game. 44 minutes into the match, Begu Ganjang's Grisha Mbappè sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beat Leutwyler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Lázaro Lizbeth made the kick off in the second half. Maximino Goi kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Beat Leutwyler made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Grisha Mbappè sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, B68 Toftir's Beat Leutwyler got control of the ball when Grisha Mbappè tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beat Leutwyler was a little too slow when Grisha Mbappè got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-3. Tonio Bergada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind B68 Toftir's goalkeeper Beat Leutwyler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tonio Bergada came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by B68 Toftir's Maximino Goi. But to his dismay, Maximino Goi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After 93 minutes of play Begu Ganjang's Ahmet Harun Alptekin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Begu Ganjang getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ahmet Harun Alptekin hit a great ball. The B68 Toftir supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Begu Ganjang's performance. The match ended with a win for Begu Ganjang.
