That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. 17 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goal looked a bit too open when Grisha Mbappè came free, but Beat Leutwyler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 21st minute of play forced Begu Ganjang's goalkeeper Tonio Bergada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Ruben Dias in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Begu Ganjang's Sebastian Cipău. Luis Vázquez scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tonio Bergada, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Grisha Mbappè recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Beat Leutwyler. Grisha Mbappè showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 34th minute of play forced Begu Ganjang's goalkeeper Tonio Bergada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute of the match B68 Toftir got a corner. Begu Ganjang's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lázaro Lizbeth ran over to the corner to take the kick. Timmie Nyemanting made a great header on B68 Toftir's corner, it was just that Begu Ganjang's Tonio Bergada managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 38th minute of play forced Begu Ganjang's goalkeeper Tonio Bergada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. B68 Toftir's Beat Leutwyler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save B68 Toftir from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Tonio Bergada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Vázquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arif Nihat Tekin charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arif Nihat Tekin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arif Nihat Tekin hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute of the match, Timmie Nyemanting tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tonio Bergada saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timmie Nyemanting in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tonio Bergada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 80 minutes into the game, Begu Ganjang's Grisha Mbappè nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Beat Leutwyler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. B68 Toftir's Bengt-Arne Blomberg was substituted for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. In the 88th minute, Evstati Katrandzhiev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beat Leutwyler came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Begu Ganjang's Grisha Mbappè. But to his dismay, Grisha Mbappè quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 93 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goal looked a bit too open when Grisha Mbappè came free, but Beat Leutwyler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grisha Mbappè in the 95th minute of play forced B68 Toftir's goalkeeper Beat Leutwyler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Begu Ganjang fans cheered their team off the field, for while B68 Toftir had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
