Beat Leutwyler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alessandro Bertoni's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Lázaro Lizbeth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franco Bosso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. B68 Toftir were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after CLC Winter's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lázaro Lizbeth took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of CLC Winter's goalie and right to Maximino Goi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. CLC Winter's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 7th minute of the match, Lázaro Lizbeth tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Franco Bosso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. B68 Toftir's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lázaro Lizbeth in the 8th minute. Armando Costantino was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 12 minutes into the match. Franco Bosso went to the wrong direction when Lázaro Lizbeth was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Franco Bosso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lázaro Lizbeth's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by CLC Winter's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lázaro Lizbeth was slow to take the kick. During this time B68 Toftir's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Lázaro Lizbeth almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CLC Winter's Franco Bosso did a great save. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Franco Bosso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 25th minute, Enzo Oroni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Ennio Di Iulio managed to get in a good position for a shot. CLC Winter's supporters rose to their feet, but Ennio Di Iulio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beat Leutwyler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 29 minutes, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. B68 Toftir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Khvicha Kvaratskhelia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, CLC Winter's Alessandro Bertoni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beat Leutwyler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beat Leutwyler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Bertoni in the 39th minute of play. Arkādijs Žurka hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Alessandro Bertoni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beat Leutwyler was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. The supporters of B68 Toftir booed when CLC Winter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Oroni didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 59th minute Khvicha Kvaratskhelia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Bosso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franco Bosso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 60th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Alessandro Bertoni managed to get in a good position for a shot. CLC Winter's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Bertoni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beat Leutwyler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Lizbeth in the 67th minute of play forced CLC Winter's goalkeeper Franco Bosso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franco Bosso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Beat Leutwyler made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Ennio Di Iulio sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The B68 Toftir fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Lázaro Lizbeth succeeded in the game's 87th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. B68 Toftir's Bengt-Arne Blomberg was substituted for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. A collision led to B68 Toftir getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ruben Dias hit a great ball. Beat Leutwyler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Bertoni in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the CLC Winter players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for B68 Toftir.
