Inge Marin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Inge Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sulo Montaña in the 18th minute of play. LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Batuhin in the 20th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Cuatrodeocho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Oliverio to maneuver through the defense. LOI's Sulo Montaña got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Inge Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sulo Montaña in the 44th minute of play. LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Batuhin in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Özgür Özbay notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cuatrodeocho's Inge Marin. Inge Marin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Batuhin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Kaan Öztanır was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LOI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cuatrodeocho the free kick. Kaan Öztanır hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cuatrodeocho's zone, Sulo Montaña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inge Marin came out of the goal and Sulo Montaña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, LOI's Mehmet Akif Cerme got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, David Batuhin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuatrodeocho's supporters rose to their feet, but David Batuhin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Buturugã breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eraldo Berardini scored 1-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of George Buturugã, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. LOI made a substitution. Tayyip Taylan replaced Ahmet Hamdi Ortan. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iván Villafane in the 90th minute of play. Iván Villafane scored 2-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of George Buturugã, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
