The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rolf Weyand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Ricardo Hendrickx made a huge save. Ricardo Hendrickx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Verheydt in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Kartal Başar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Juan Chayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Abeitia in the 18th minute of play forced Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper Ricardo Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kartal Başar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Juan Chayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan Chayo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kartal Başar's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the game, Kartal Başar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Juan Chayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute, Kartal Başar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Chayo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Ricardo Hendrickx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Abeitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Hugo Hernandez made in the 30th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Shaun Allison immediately put the ball in play. After 34 minutes, Joannes Leenknecht mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Twierdza Osowiec and the Vampiros Aztecas players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolf Weyand got free with Ricardo Hendrickx in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ubaldo Abeitia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Hendrickx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Vampiros Aztecas made a substitution. Niklas Sule replaced Hugo Hernandez. After the first half Twierdza Osowiec were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kartal Başar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the game Leif Jonasson made a throw-in which Shaun Allison played forward. Juan Chayo came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Twierdza Osowiec's Kartal Başar. But to his dismay, Kartal Başar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Juan Chayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kartal Başar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Kartal Başar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Twierdza Osowiec's supporters rose to their feet, but Kartal Başar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Chayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Twierdza Osowiec's Ricardo Hendrickx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 武 曹操 in the 74th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kartal Başar in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Chayo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Twierdza Osowiec fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Twierdza Osowiec's Kartal Başar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kartal Başar couldn't finish the play. Thomas Verheydt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Twierdza Osowiec players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
