Ain Averin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qi Xun in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Kaido Jaas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 10thth minute of the game Qi Xun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Dundee's Ain Averin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Qi Xun might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ain Averin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Qi Xun ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qi Xun got free with Ain Averin in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Xeneizes getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Slavko Mojsovski hit a great ball. A collision led to Xeneizes getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Tao Fan Xi hit a great ball. Lucas Iigo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ain Averin having to make a save. After 26 played minutes FC Dundee got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Elu. Ain Averin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pablo Domeka in the 27th minute. In the 32nd minute of the match FC Dundee got a corner. Xeneizes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arvo Kena ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ain Averin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Qi Xun went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. FC Dundee made a substitution. Arno Luuk replaced Hardi Lind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Ain Averin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Iigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Dundee's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pablo Domeka was slow to take the kick. During this time Xeneizes's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Xeneizes's corner Mikolaj Smolarek fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ain Averin quite easily take care of the ball. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arno Luuk in the 58th minute of play. Arvo Kena kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qi Xun in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ain Averin saved FC Dundee from getting behind. In the 63rd minute Qi Xun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ain Averin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arno Luuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arno Luuk in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Douglas Byström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ain Averin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Iigo in the 71st minute of play. Xeneizes made a substitution. Fulgencio Peru replaced Qi Xun. A sloppy throw-in by Guido Arujärv in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Xeneizes's Everardo Bidun. In the 77th minute, Fulgencio Peru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ain Averin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 79th minute, FC Dundee's Arno Luuk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Xeneizes's Flavio Mantzio was substituted for Lucas Iigo. 84 minutes into the match, Xeneizes's goal looked a bit too open when Arno Luuk came free, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85thth minute of the game Arno Luuk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xeneizes's Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arno Luuk might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arno Luuk ran back to his position shaking his head. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arno Luuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arno Luuk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo came out and tried to block the shot, but Arno Luuk slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 89th minute. In the 94thth minute of the game Fulgencio Peru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Dundee's Ain Averin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 97th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Arvo Kena. After a rather tough play, FC Dundee's 김 황 got a free kick in the 98th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Dundee walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
