After 21 minutes of play, PLUMIN's Teo Fidensio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nacho Gonzalez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nacho Gonzalez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Ferrer in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, El Gallo de Moron's Luisinho Laguna got a free kick in the 29th minute. Luisinho Laguna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Rodrigo Massó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, El Gallo de Moron's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Eguzki came free, but Nacho Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, PLUMIN's Agustin Dubardo got a free kick in the 36th minute. With a little luck, PLUMIN's Rodrigo Massó got control of the ball when Gilberto Ihazintu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, PLUMIN's Delmiro Mel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nacho Gonzalez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teo Fidensio to strike the kick off in the second half. Simon Ferrer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Nacho Gonzalez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Eguzki in the 52nd minute of play forced El Gallo de Moron's goalkeeper Nacho Gonzalez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led El Gallo de Moron's Gilberto Ihazintu to fire away a dangerous shot which Rodrigo Massó despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. El Gallo de Moron made a substitution. Aldo Rico replaced Teofilo Garrote. Rodrigo Massó stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Cubillos's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The PLUMIN supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing PLUMIN would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
