An unexpectedly hard shot by Tord Gustafsson in the 3rd minute of play forced GUSESI's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Smurfarna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Basri Tanyeli was slow to take the kick. During this time GUSESI's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on GUSESI's corner Ovidio Favila fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tord Fors quite easily take care of the ball. Berto Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Tord Fors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Stenman, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kent Stenman to make the kick off. Kent Stenman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Tord Fors made a huge save. 57 minutes into the match, Smurfarna's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Ceandro came free, but Tord Fors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GUSESI were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Smurfarna's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Basri Tanyeli took the corner. 62 minutes into the game, Ovidio Favila recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tord Fors. Ovidio Favila showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Jens Björling took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thibaut Courtois. Thibaut Courtois dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Lennart Hallgren was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. GUSESI made a substitution. Lucas Beltxe replaced Kent Stenman. In the 72nd match minute, Smurfarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennart Hallgren to maneuver through the defense. Tord Fors made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Lucas Beltxe sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Tord Gustafsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Tonete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jens Björling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tord Fors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Tonete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Beltxe took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tord Fors. Tord Fors dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. With a little luck, Smurfarna's Tord Fors got control of the ball when Lucas Beltxe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucas Beltxe in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tord Fors, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The GUSESI fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when GUSESI's Lucas Beltxe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. GUSESI walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
