The crowd rose to their feet as Luisinho Laguna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tord Fors. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Luisinho Laguna recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tord Fors. Luisinho Laguna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Smurfarna's goalkeeper Tord Fors, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luisinho Laguna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Tord Fors made a huge save. After a long run with the ball, Teofilo Garrote did a trick in the 27th minute in front of Smurfarna's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 4-0. An impressive performance by El Gallo de Moron's Teofilo Garrote! Luisinho Laguna kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Luisinho Laguna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Gallo de Moron's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisinho Laguna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luisinho Laguna who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Tord Fors when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Smurfarna's goalkeeper Tord Fors, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luisinho Laguna might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tord Fors. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luisinho Laguna ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tord Gustafsson to make the kick off. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Smurfarna's goalkeeper Tord Fors, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nacho Gonzalez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Askstedt in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Luisinho Laguna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nacho Gonzalez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jens Björling in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the game, Luisinho Laguna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Tord Fors was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Smurfarna's goalkeeper Tord Fors, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Smurfarna's goalkeeper Tord Fors, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. But to his dismay, Luisinho Laguna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 86th minute Jimeno Mikolas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Fors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arvid Vallgren hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the match, Luisinho Laguna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tord Fors. Smurfarna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luisinho Laguna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. In the 96th minute Luisinho Laguna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Fors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the El Gallo de Moron players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
