Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Peter Vollander took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to IzmirFK getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. John Blomberg hit a great ball. Måns Sandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Zydrunas Karcemarskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute Peter Vollander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Safet Hands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. IzmirFK's Zydrunas Karcemarskas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save IzmirFK from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Måns Sandberg got free with Zydrunas Karcemarskas in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juan Lebron might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zydrunas Karcemarskas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Lebron ran back to his position shaking his head. Juan Lebron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Zydrunas Karcemarskas made a huge save. Norrlands Athen's Giorgian De Arrascaeta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by John Blomberg, made in the 22nd minute of the game. When Norrlands Athen's Måns Sandberg in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IzmirFK's goalie prevented a goal. Måns Sandberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Zydrunas Karcemarskas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Stig-Arne Deckberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Måns Sandberg in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zydrunas Karcemarskas saved IzmirFK from getting behind. 38 minutes into the match, Norrlands Athen's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Vollander came free, but Safet Hands reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Juan Lebron dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zydrunas Karcemarskas, 2-0. After some careless play in the IzmirFK defense, Måns Sandberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zydrunas Karcemarskas. The IzmirFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zydrunas Karcemarskas should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan Lebron made a kick off. In the 51st minute Måns Sandberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zydrunas Karcemarskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 52 minutes into the match, Måns Sandberg notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of IzmirFK's Zydrunas Karcemarskas. Zydrunas Karcemarskas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. John Blomberg made in the 55th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Martin Knutsson immediately put the ball in play. Jerry Bremming's late challenge caught a Norrlands Athen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerry Bremming helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, IzmirFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerry Bremming to maneuver through the defense. When Måns Sandberg came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Norrlands Athen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Måns Sandberg couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Måns Sandberg in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zydrunas Karcemarskas saved IzmirFK from getting behind. Zydrunas Karcemarskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Lebron in the 67th minute of play. Gilbert Hermansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Calle Bergfelt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Zydrunas Karcemarskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Calle Bergfelt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Norrlands Athen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. If Juan Lebron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zydrunas Karcemarskas came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Norrlands Athen's Calle Bergfelt. But to his dismay, Calle Bergfelt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After 84 played minutes Norrlands Athen got a freekick which was hit by Qian Zhen Sheng. IzmirFK's Zydrunas Karcemarskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Hermansson in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Lebron in the 90th minute of play forced IzmirFK's goalkeeper Zydrunas Karcemarskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilbert Hermansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zydrunas Karcemarskas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. After some careless play in the IzmirFK defense, Gilbert Hermansson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zydrunas Karcemarskas. The IzmirFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zydrunas Karcemarskas should have stopped the shot.
