Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fabricio Rencio kicked off to start the match. Cachiyuyo EAS's Evaristo Velasco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Cachiyuyo EAS from getting a goal against them. 9 minutes into the match, Menchu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Argenis came free, but Camilo Salvidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cachiyuyo EAS's Evaristo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 14th minute of play. Camilo Salvidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Sena in the 19th minute of play. Evaristo Velasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriele Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Primitivo Rocendo hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Gabriele Batistuta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evaristo Velasco having to make a save. Evaristo Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 27th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabricio Rencio in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Salvidor saved Menchu FC from getting behind. If Gabriele Batistuta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Javier Palban hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Gabriele Batistuta took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Velasco. Evaristo Velasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 41 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Evaristo Velasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriele Batistuta. Gabriele Batistutas short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Evaristo Velasco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute Gabriele Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evaristo Velasco came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta. But to his dismay, Gabriele Batistuta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Evaristo Velasco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriele Batistuta in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Velasco saved Cachiyuyo EAS from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 77th minute of play forced Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Evaristo Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Gabriele Batistuta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Evaristo Velasco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gabriele Batistuta took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Velasco. Evaristo Velasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Evaristo Velasco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Cachiyuyo EAS defense, Gabriele Batistuta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaristo Velasco. The Cachiyuyo EAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaristo Velasco should have stopped the shot. Menchu FC's Aristides Inge was substituted for Carlos Campelo. Camilo Salvidor made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Edgard Polentzi sent off a good shot on target. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Menchu FC fully deserved thier win.
