After 4 minutes of play, KKS Lech Poznań's Alfred Wyrzykowski made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Éluard Coulomb was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mateusz Sakowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the FC Saubrigues defense, Mateusz Sakowicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Éluard Coulomb. The FC Saubrigues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Éluard Coulomb should have stopped the shot. After 11 played minutes KKS Lech Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Wyrzykowski. KKS Lech Poznań's Józef Mlynarczyk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save KKS Lech Poznań from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute, Alfred Wyrzykowski made a precise shot to the right of Éluard Coulomb. FC Saubrigues's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 18th minute Mateusz Sakowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Éluard Coulomb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateusz Sakowicz in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Saubrigues's goalkeeper Éluard Coulomb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mateusz Sakowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Józef Mlynarczyk made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Salomon Buffet sent off a good shot on target. Józef Mlynarczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salomon Buffet in the 28th minute of the match. Walery Kempka took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Éluard Coulomb. Éluard Coulomb dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 35 minutes into the match, Zenon Kosakowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Éluard Coulomb. FC Saubrigues's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zenon Kosakowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. A collision led to FC Saubrigues getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jules Cointe hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Saubrigues's zone, Mateusz Sakowicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Éluard Coulomb came out of the goal and Mateusz Sakowicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Walery Kempka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Alphonse Keita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Salomon Buffet made a kick off. Walery Kempka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Éluard Coulomb made a huge save. Mateusz Sakowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Walery Kempka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Éluard Coulomb was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 64 minutes into the game, Walery Kempka recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Éluard Coulomb. Walery Kempka showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. The FC Saubrigues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Éluard Coulomb should have stopped the shot. After 70 played minutes KKS Lech Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Zula Werra. If Walery Kempka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute Faudel Langlois shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Józef Mlynarczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwo Munko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Éluard Coulomb having to interfere. Alfred Wyrzykowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Éluard Coulomb came out and tried to block the shot, but Alfred Wyrzykowski slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 85th minute. Éluard Coulomb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateusz Sakowicz in the 89th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Iwo Munko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Éluard Coulomb. The goal made the score 0-11. Mateusz Sakowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Saubrigues's goalkeeper Éluard Coulomb, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. KKS Lech Poznań played a much better game than FC Saubrigues and deserved their victory. The FC Saubrigues players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
