FC CHIVA's Andrés Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save FC CHIVA from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the game, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Humberto Suazo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andrés Torres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Suazo got free with Andrés Torres in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Humberto Suazo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrés Torres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Andrés Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Suazo in the 27th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Boniel Titos in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Ruy Nunes. Humberto Suazo scored 4-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrés Torres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Humberto Suazo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Humberto Suazo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrés Torres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Andrés Torres successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Guilherme Ramos made a great header on ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's corner, it was just that FC CHIVA's Andrés Torres managed to reach the ball for a save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Humberto Suazo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
