The throw-in from Augusto Buccella in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Surahammar's Mark Brovall. In the 18th match minute, LEBEG Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bolli Boll to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Leiva made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Radamel Oakley sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, LEBEG Team's goalkeeper Thiago Leiva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radamel Oakley. Jan Lindström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Etxekopar, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Radamel Oakley showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Thiago Leiva was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Radamel Oakley capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Radamel Oakley really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radamel Oakley in the 45th minute of play forced LEBEG Team's goalkeeper Thiago Leiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Victor Santxol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Leiva having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Victor Santxol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Leiva. LEBEG Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Santxol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Surahammar's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
