Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Tano in the 15th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Peter Swan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ask Stamnes. The goal made the score 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Tano in the 27th minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's Peter Swan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ask Stamnes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot 41 in the game by Peter Swan from a close distance when the talented Ask Stamnes managed to make a qualified save. Boulogne F.C.'s players were relieved. The supporters of Vikingos FC booed when Boulogne F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar George didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauricio Tano was the one to do the kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Boulogne F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! Ask Stamnes had in the 55thth minute some difficulties stopping Wilhelm Widberg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Peter Swan might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ask Stamnes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Swan ran back to his position shaking his head. 64 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gogo Nicholas. Peter Swan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ask Stamnes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Vikingos FC's Per-Olof Vallmark was substituted for Victor Abaurre. Vikingos FC's Luciano Lleir was substituted for Roque Vito. In the 73rd minute, Marcelo Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's Ladislao Erramu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ask Stamnes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Boulogne F.C. defense, Ladislao Erramu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ask Stamnes. The Boulogne F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ask Stamnes should have stopped the shot. 83 minutes into the match, Ladislao Erramu notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes. Ask Stamnes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ask Stamnes came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Vikingos FC's Ladislao Erramu. But to his dismay, Ladislao Erramu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Erramu in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Baltasar George hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Erramu in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ask Stamnes saved Boulogne F.C. from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the Boulogne F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vikingos FC.
