Iwan Swoboda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vikingos FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Erramu in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwan Swoboda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Szczucin's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marek Torm was slow to take the kick. During this time Vikingos FC's players had a chance to rest. Vikingos FC's Marek Torm was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Iwan Swoboda in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 22nd minute, Angelo Sayveon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ahmet Arif Kaçan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 25th minute, Ladislao Erramu made a precise shot to the right of Iwan Swoboda. FC Szczucin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 31st minute of the game Angelo Sayveon made a throw-in which Pawel Scigan played forward. After some careless play in the FC Szczucin defense, Ladislao Erramu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwan Swoboda. The FC Szczucin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwan Swoboda should have stopped the shot. If Victor Abaurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 40 minutes, Ladislao Erramu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vikingos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislao Erramu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iwan Swoboda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Erramu in the 42nd minute of play. 42 minutes in the game, Ladislao Erramu dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ladislao Erramu to make the kick off. FC Szczucin's Iwan Swoboda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save FC Szczucin from getting a goal against them. Ladislao Erramu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Iwan Swoboda made a huge save. Vikingos FC were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after FC Szczucin's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marek Torm took the corner. Iwan Swoboda was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Ladislao Erramu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ladislao Erramu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Ahmet Arif Kaçan managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Szczucin's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Arif Kaçan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peter Swan got free with Iwan Swoboda in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th minute of the match Vikingos FC got a corner. FC Szczucin's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After taking down the ball on Vikingos FC's corner Per-Olof Vallmark fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Iwan Swoboda quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, FC Szczucin's Iwan Swoboda got control of the ball when Peter Swan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Peter Swan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iwan Swoboda was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Vikingos FC played a much better game than FC Szczucin and deserved their victory. The FC Szczucin players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
