After some careless play in the LA LUZ F.C. defense, Kenneth Taylor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miguel Ángel Torres. The LA LUZ F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miguel Ángel Torres should have stopped the shot. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dolf Robbermond showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. LA LUZ F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
