Marciano Marino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Nuñez in the 5th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lisandro Nuñez sped through Várdomb's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marciano Marino. Lisandro Nuñez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marciano Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lisandro Nuñez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dario Astigar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balázs Szakál in the 17th minute of play. SAN LORENZO FC's attentive Lv Tian Yuan managed to snatch the ball when Codruț Doroftei made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. If Olaf Wieczorek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Várdomb's goalkeeper Marciano Marino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marciano Marino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lisandro Nuñez's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 33rdth minute of the game Lisandro Nuñez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Várdomb's Marciano Marino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lisandro Nuñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Marino having to interfere. Várdomb's Marciano Marino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Nuñez in the 40th minute of play. SAN LORENZO FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Allan Blom in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Várdomb's Pape Lillo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The Várdomb players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SAN LORENZO FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Neymar Da Silva was the one to do the kick off. Lisandro Nuñez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Marciano Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Balázs Szakál in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dario Astigar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artur Quintas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marciano Marino came out and tried to block the shot, but Artur Quintas slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 58th minute. Lisandro Nuñez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Marciano Marino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marciano Marino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lisandro Nuñez's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Várdomb's Marciano Marino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Várdomb from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute Neymar Da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Astigar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SAN LORENZO FC's Dario Astigar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Wieczorek in the 71st minute of play. In the 74thth minute of the game Lisandro Nuñez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Várdomb's Marciano Marino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SAN LORENZO FC made a substitution. Ciriaco Cordarrell replaced Lisandro Nuñez. SAN LORENZO FC's Isaias Rosario was substituted for Allan Blom. SAN LORENZO FC's Lv Tian Yuan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Codruț Doroftei, made in the 78th minute of the game. Ciriaco Cordarrell was extremely unlucky when he, in the 82nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
