Keszi Athletic's Bartosz Rusin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cai Yuan Yuan in the 23rd minute of play. Cai Yuan Yuan scored 3-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bartosz Rusin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Keszi Athletic's goalkeeper Bartosz Rusin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 37 minutes Keszi Athletic's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aras Görkem Kaymaz who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugó Révész in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Zajonc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 45 minutes into the match, Keszi Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Cai Yuan Yuan came free, but Bartosz Rusin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Cai Yuan Yuan managed to get in a good position for a shot. MZ Fénix's supporters rose to their feet, but Cai Yuan Yuan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartosz Rusin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugó Révész to strike the kick off in the second half. Hugó Révész received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Pankracy Zajonc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Keszi Athletic's Gábor Hellinger got a free kick in the 58th minute. The supporters of MZ Fénix booed when Keszi Athletic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gábor Hellinger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Keszi Athletic's Csaba Sarkady managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tomasz Waldoch in the 95 minute of the game. Keszi Athletic's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
