Özgür Özbek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Andriy Lunin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bir Garip Oyun's Seyfullah Acarbay was substituted for Olgierd Niewiadomski. In the 93rd minute of the match SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. got a corner. Bir Garip Oyun's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Chen Zhen ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the final whistle sounded Bir Garip Oyun left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SC Freiburg 1904 e.V..
