Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Özgür Özbek kicked off to start the match. Kaisar Sözer hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Luc Van Hinnendael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jarkko Laatikainen in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute Jarkko Laatikainen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luc Van Hinnendael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bir Garip Oyun's Olgierd Niewiadomski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fedele Baggio in the 12 minute of the game. When Jarkko Laatikainen came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Bir Garip Oyun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarkko Laatikainen couldn't finish the play. In the 18thth minute of the game Jarkko Laatikainen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bruges's Luc Van Hinnendael was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Özgür Özbek might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luc Van Hinnendael. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Özgür Özbek ran back to his position shaking his head. Luc Van Hinnendael made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Jarkko Laatikainen sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th match minute, Bir Garip Oyun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olgierd Niewiadomski to maneuver through the defense. Mert Günok showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Van Kamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Kaisar Sözer charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaisar Sözer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bir Garip Oyun's Kaisar Sözer got a free kick in the 34th minute. Jarkko Laatikainen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luc Van Hinnendael having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Jarkko Laatikainen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luc Van Hinnendael. That made the score 2-0 in the 39 minute of play. In the 43rd minute Mac Mon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mert Günok saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bir Garip Oyun's Özgür Özbek got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute of the match Lasse Kroner shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mert Günok showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 47th minute Shane Corrigan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mert Günok saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Shane Corrigan sped through Bir Garip Oyun's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mert Günok. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarkko Laatikainen in the 52nd minute of play forced FC Bruges's goalkeeper Luc Van Hinnendael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marc Granström kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Luc Van Hinnendael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özgür Özbek in the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Bir Garip Oyun's goalkeeper Mert Günok had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ken Brogren. Bir Garip Oyun made a substitution. Arda Güler replaced Marc Strasdeit. In the 71st minute, Olgierd Niewiadomski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luc Van Hinnendael was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Luc Van Hinnendael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lupe Bower, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Bruges's Luc Van Hinnendael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lupe Bower in the 76th minute of play. Luc Van Hinnendael came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Bir Garip Oyun's Jarkko Laatikainen. But to his dismay, Jarkko Laatikainen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. A collision led to FC Bruges getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Carl Van Kamp hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Kaisar Sözer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luc Van Hinnendael skillfully saved the ball. Luc Van Hinnendael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olgierd Niewiadomski, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Mert Günok took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mac Mon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Bir Garip Oyun's goalie and right to Ken Brogren. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Bir Garip Oyun's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 92nd minute Arda Güler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luc Van Hinnendael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marc Granström kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bir Garip Oyun's Marc Granström got a free kick in the 96th minute. FC Bruges's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lasse Kroner in the 98th minute. Mac Mon made a great header on FC Bruges's corner, it was just that Bir Garip Oyun's Mert Günok managed to reach the ball for a save. Bir Garip Oyun were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Bruges for a fine match.
