An unexpectedly hard shot by Stuart Legzdins in the 4th minute of play forced Sportivo Mela Banco's goalkeeper Loco Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evaristo Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miromir Ciechocki, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Emilio Sesse kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes Sportivo Mela Banco got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Sesse. It was a well-played corner which Edu Matorin managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Sportivo Mela Banco's Loco Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino Goldstein in the 34th minute of play. Loco Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edu Matorin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loco Gatti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stuart Legzdins's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The audience was convinced that Stuart Legzdins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Loco Gatti was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 44th match minute, Sportivo Mela Banco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Korkut Ateşoğlu to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the game, Ahmet Rıfat Sehriyar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Evaristo Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Sportivo Mela Banco's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Miromir Ciechocki in the 86th minute. Sportivo Mela Banco's Miromir Ciechocki was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Evaristo Neves in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Sportivo Mela Banco fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lupere FC - DMZ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
