With his leg Lucio Ur managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Velez Sarsfield's Augusto Cordario fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 20 minutes into the match, Velez Sarsfield's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Barış Yorangil came free, but Teodosio Sergi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Lucio Ur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto Cordario. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Cordario got free with Lucio Ur in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teodosio Sergi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Barış Yorangil in the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Velez Sarsfield's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Semih Kaya was slow to take the kick. During this time C. A. Potrero's players had a chance to rest. C. A. Potrero's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Augusto Cordario scored to the left of an out of position Lucio Ur, making the score, 1-0. Augusto Cordario blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucio Ur having to make a save. 40 minutes into the match, C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Lucio Ur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto Cordario. C. A. Potrero's Lu Lin Zhou was substituted for Özgür Onur. Velez Sarsfield's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
