In the 6th minute, FC Bodil United's Simon Gahnsby dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Sören Malmberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Simon Gahnsby in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Simon Gahnsby dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sören Malmberg, 2-0. Valeriu Hoisie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Bogdanović, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Valeriu Hoisie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Bogdanović in the 20th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Simon Gahnsby's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sören Malmberg was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Gahnsby got free with Sören Malmberg in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Bodil United were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Club 23's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fredrik Kvarnström took the corner. The corner led FC Bodil United's Ivan Nyberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Sören Malmberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club 23's goalkeeper Sören Malmberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 47 minutes Club 23's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fredrik Kvarnström who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ivan Nyberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club 23's Sören Malmberg did a great save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Simon Gahnsby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Malmberg having to interfere. FC Bodil United's Ronny Jansson was substituted for Patrik Wallin. A collision led to Club 23 getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Cássio Dracena hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rod Marsland in the 63rd minute of play forced Club 23's goalkeeper Sören Malmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Bodil United were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Club 23's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fredrik Kvarnström took the corner. Rod Marsland might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sören Malmberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rod Marsland ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the match, FC Bodil United's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Bogdanović came free, but Valeriu Hoisie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Rod Marsland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Malmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bodil United's zone, Druțu Pavel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valeriu Hoisie came out of the goal and Druțu Pavel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogdan Bogdanović got free with Valeriu Hoisie in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ferdinand Voicu kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Cássio Dracena took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Valeriu Hoisie to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Bennvar Springer managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bodil United's supporters rose to their feet, but Bennvar Springer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sören Malmberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute of the match, Petre Ciolofan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Valeriu Hoisie was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
