Fedele Panza ran back to his position shaking his head. Eugenio Manfredi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Laureys, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Stanislaw Wawrukiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Katowice i Kluczbork's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stanislaw Wawrukiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugenio Manfredi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roland Laureys went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Dário Pereira hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Hibai to make the kick off. The Katowice i Kluczbork players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Lunatics of Arianrhod from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
