Nial Peyton started the match with the kick off. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ezio Gøl sped through Kolopetinitsa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Güralp Uğurtan. Kolopetinitsa's Güralp Uğurtan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pirmin Jäggi in the 13th minute of play. Ezio Gøl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Güralp Uğurtan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panagiotis Kaliasis in the 19th minute of play forced FC Wil 1900's goalkeeper Lionel Paly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Kolopetinitsa were awarded a corner. Panagiotis Kaliasis went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fanis Kostarakis in the 20th minute of play forced FC Wil 1900's goalkeeper Lionel Paly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Kolopetinitsa's Panagiotis Kaliasis to fire away a dangerous shot which Lionel Paly despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The attack was good, but when Nial Peyton in the 21st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Kolopetinitsa's Güralp Uğurtan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Kolopetinitsa from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Kolopetinitsa's Güralp Uğurtan got control of the ball when Ezio Gøl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kolopetinitsa's Güralp Uğurtan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Kolopetinitsa from getting a goal against them.

The wind increased when Pirmin Jäggi made the kick off in the second half. Nial Peyton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lionel Paly read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 50th minute of play. Güralp Uğurtan came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Wil 1900's Ezio Gøl. But to his dismay, Ezio Gøl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Güralp Uğurtan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emery Heller in the 59th minute of play. Güralp Uğurtan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pirmin Jäggi in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kolopetinitsa's Konstantinos Tsitsanis got a free kick in the 66th minute. FC Wil 1900 made a substitution. Friedrich Nietzsche replaced Curtiz Klein. A collision led to Kolopetinitsa getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Konstantinos Tsitsanis hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, FC Wil 1900's goalkeeper Lionel Paly had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Panagiotis Kaliasis. With a little luck, FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly got control of the ball when Nial Peyton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Güralp Uğurtan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pirmin Jäggi in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Emery Heller made a precise shot to the right of Güralp Uğurtan. Kolopetinitsa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Lionel Paly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nial Peyton in the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Kolopetinitsa got a freekick which was hit by Konstantinos Tsitsanis. Alex Leisibach recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lionel Paly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theagenis Theodorakoglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Téo Rosa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güralp Uğurtan was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 84th minute Alex Leisibach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güralp Uğurtan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lionel Paly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nial Peyton in the 87th minute of the match. Lionel Paly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nial Peyton in the 91st minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kolopetinitsa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Wil 1900.
