The audience was convinced that Armindo Amado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Markus Fågel was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Markus Fågel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armindo Amado went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After 50 played minutes Reconquistense FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Seme. 52 minutes into the game, Eric Bertaux threw the ball into play from the sideline. Reconquistense FC's Sabin Hârlab quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 55 minutes into the match, Reconquistense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Jonasson came free, but Piara Tittarelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
