Raphaël Félicité's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esteban Beti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Kujawiak Włocławek's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Seng came free, but Julian Zakrzewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rdth minute of the game Ethan Smart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Madrid's Esteban Beti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Olaf Kolano fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kujawiak Włocławek's protests and gave Olaf Kolano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Olaf Kolano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zbigniew Buczko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Julian Zakrzewski made a huge save. The Real Madrid players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
