In the 3rd minute Gao Le Ang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Hilhorst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes into the game, FC Cavia Pyskowice's Gao Le Ang nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Herbert Hilhorst made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 10th minute of the match, Twan Hesseling tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 10 played minutes Verwachting got a freekick which was hit by Hans Deitmers. Herbert Hilhorst didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gao Le Ang went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Twan Hesseling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Hilhorst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gao Le Ang in the 25th minute of play. Herbert Hilhorst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gao Le Ang, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Gao Le Ang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 30 minutes into the match, Verwachting's goal looked a bit too open when Gao Le Ang came free, but Herbert Hilhorst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Edward Jaraczewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Hilhorst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, FC Cavia Pyskowice's goalkeeper Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christijan Schreuder. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Cavia Pyskowice's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Christijan Schreuder was slow to take the kick. During this time Verwachting's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Verwachting's corner Christijan Schreuder fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia quite easily take care of the ball. FC Cavia Pyskowice's Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Twan Hesseling in the 38th minute of play. After 39 minutes FC Cavia Pyskowice's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Christijan Schreuder who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Verwachting's corner Oliver van Kampen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia quite easily take care of the ball. FC Cavia Pyskowice's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Ruud Geels scored to the left of an out of position Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia, making the score, 1-2. Herbert Hilhorst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gao Le Ang in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of FC Cavia Pyskowice booed when Verwachting was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Koekkoek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half FC Cavia Pyskowice were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Verwachting:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Cavia Pyskowice:s goal. Herbert Hilhorst had in the 55thth minute some difficulties stopping Iker Micael's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. FC Cavia Pyskowice's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iker Micael in the 56th minute. If Gao Le Ang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gao Le Ang in the 59th minute of play forced Verwachting's goalkeeper Herbert Hilhorst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gao Le Ang struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Herbert Hilhorst didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Cavia Pyskowice. Herbert Hilhorst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gao Le Ang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes of play, FC Cavia Pyskowice's Gao Le Ang made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Herbert Hilhorst was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Cavia Pyskowice's Hervé Trouche was substituted for Gao Le Ang. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christijan Schreuder in the 82nd minute of play forced FC Cavia Pyskowice's goalkeeper Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, FC Cavia Pyskowice's Herbert Hilhorst threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hervé Trouche, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 96th minute, Twan Hesseling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over FC Cavia Pyskowice could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Verwachting throughout the match.
