A very good chance for a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Herblay's goalkeeper Ludomil Kajdasz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gernando Pernambucano. In the 23rd minute Léon Monnet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Desportiva Paulo Afonso's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Cadart came free, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Herblay's Norbert Cadart made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl Martin Bell Burnell was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Gernando Pernambucano came free, but Ludomil Kajdasz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludomil Kajdasz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gernando Pernambucano, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Gernando Pernambucanos short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Ludomil Kajdasz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Karl Martin Bell Burnell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Cadart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tony Domingues hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Antonin Dagorne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Karl Martin Bell Burnell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Léon Monnet made the kick off in the second half. Desportiva Paulo Afonso's Karl Martin Bell Burnell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Cadart in the 52nd minute of play. If Gernando Pernambucano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herblay's Ben Girouard was substituted for Billy Magnin. Karl Martin Bell Burnell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Cadart in the 62nd minute of the match. Ludomil Kajdasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Pernambucano in the 64th minute of play. Gernando Pernambucano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ludomil Kajdasz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herblay's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
