Frasier Huber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Brandenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerry Fleischer in the 14th minute of the match. After having played for 19 minutes, Frasier Huber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SalentoUnited's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frasier Huber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had been going on for 21 minutes Frasier Huber shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Ralph Sanger when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Frasier Huber's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ralph Sanger was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Silvio Pfeifer hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, SalentoUnited's goal looked a bit too open when Gerry Fleischer came free, but Igor Brandenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SalentoUnited getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Ergincan Suerkan hit a great ball. If Frasier Huber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frasier Huber made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Frasier Huber put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ralph Sanger. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frasier Huber in the 58th minute of play forced B O B I S A's goalkeeper Ralph Sanger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute of the match SalentoUnited got a corner. B O B I S A's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fidel Ciprella ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ralph Sanger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frasier Huber went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ralph Sanger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frasier Huber, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 75 minutes into the match, B O B I S A's goal looked a bit too open when Frasier Huber came free, but Ralph Sanger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Roth Winiker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. B O B I S A made a substitution. Christophe Mehri replaced J.C. Mijatović. After a rather tough play, B O B I S A's Roth Winiker got a free kick in the 78th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Octavius Gräf notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of B O B I S A's Ralph Sanger. Ralph Sanger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SalentoUnited made a substitution. Fox Aiello replaced Octavius Gräf. SalentoUnited's attentive Patrice Brechbühl managed to snatch the ball when Arndt Moschen made a throw-in in the 90th minute of the game. Arndt Moschen hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, B O B I S A's Gerry Fleischer got a free kick in the 95th minute. B O B I S A's Ralph Sanger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fox Aiello in the 97th minute of play. B O B I S A's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
