In the 5th match minute, Jose F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaroslaw Dudkowski to maneuver through the defense. Aris Zanteroglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davi Prata in the 10th minute of play. After 11 minutes of play, Jose F.C.'s Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vânderson Dantas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ntinos Kaliakatsos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vânderson Dantas having to interfere. Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vânderson Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cambotinha EC's Vânderson Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 20th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jose F.C.'s Ntinos Kaliakatsos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vânderson Dantas. That made the score 2-0 after 21 minutes of play. Cambotinha EC's Vânderson Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Cambotinha EC's goalkeeper Vânderson Dantas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vânderson Dantas saved Cambotinha EC from getting behind. Vânderson Dantas made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Adrian Bumbescu sent off a good shot on target. Ntinos Kaliakatsos in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vânderson Dantas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Jose F.C. booed when Cambotinha EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Falcão Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Cambotinha EC's goalkeeper Vânderson Dantas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Bumbescu. In the 47th match minute, Jose F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Bassani to maneuver through the defense. Norino Anabalon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Vânderson Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vânderson Dantas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Bumbescu in the 91st minute of play forced Cambotinha EC's goalkeeper Vânderson Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vânderson Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 95th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Caetano Furtado notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Jose F.C.'s Aris Zanteroglou. Aris Zanteroglou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jose F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cambotinha EC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
