Psycho-Circus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliézer Cavalcante was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 63 played minutes Psycho-Circus got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Najarro. Zhuang Shi Ting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Zárate, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Eliézer Cavalcante blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Genaro Asur having to make a save.
