Elderslie Magpies's Christian Kerville proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Elderslie Magpies from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Ruquense FC's Maciej Ciemiega got a free kick in the 13th minute. Basilio Fernandez came free with the goalkeeper in the 15th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Christian Kerville could save by the left post. Christian Kerville took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maciej Ciemiega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Remigio Quirze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ruquense FC fully deserved thier win.
