KN ZGORZELEC's Emilio Shepherd tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Águilas Poblanas's Klement Malik was substituted for Tao Cheng Han. Alexandros Ismael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Guter in the 37th minute of the match. Emilio Shepherd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Frasco in the 40th minute of play. Águilas Poblanas's Nunez Quezada managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ermegildo Tulio in the 42 minute of the game. In the 43rd minute, Fabricio Frasco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Águilas Poblanas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabricio Frasco made a kick off. When Levi Lanen fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Águilas Poblanas's protests and gave Levi Lanen a yellow card for diving instead. Natalio Guter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alexandros Ismael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Guter, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Águilas Poblanas's Alexandros Ismael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Guter in the 57th minute of play. Natalio Guter scored 2-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandros Ismael, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Águilas Poblanas made a substitution. Eusebio Beltran replaced Fabricio Frasco. Águilas Poblanas's Virgilio Txindoki was substituted for Levi Lanen. KN ZGORZELEC made a substitution. Wessel Bos replaced Mariusz Kaleta. Águilas Poblanas's Alexandros Ismael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Guter in the 67th minute of play. Emilio Shepherd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Txindoki in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Karaszkiewicz in the 76th minute of play forced Águilas Poblanas's goalkeeper Alexandros Ismael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The KN ZGORZELEC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 94 minutes into the game, Borys Karaszkiewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Alexandros Ismael was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Águilas Poblanas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching KN ZGORZELEC's performance. The match ended with a win for KN ZGORZELEC.
