In the 30th minute Anıl Özkut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomás Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Anıl Özkut cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Thomás Linares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when Digital Monsterz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Björkqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anıl Özkut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Thomás Linares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, one of Digital Monsterz FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Digital Monsterz FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When Eugen Lupea came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the ASF BAIA MARE -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugen Lupea couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute Damazy Polek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomás Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomás Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Polek, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Damazy Polek notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Thomás Linares.
