Alkinoos Margaritas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Alkinoos Margaritas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julius Vanneste. Alkinoos Margaritas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 17 minutes into the match, AJ Juventus FC's Alkinoos Margaritas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julius Vanneste narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute of the match, Alkinoos Margaritas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julius Vanneste was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Leoncio Abarzua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Bob Thielens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mambru Puertas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alkinoos Margaritas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Julius Vanneste skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alkinoos Margaritas might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julius Vanneste. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alkinoos Margaritas ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 39thth minute of the game Bob Thielens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AJ Juventus FC's Mambru Puertas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Alkinoos Margaritas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AJ Juventus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alkinoos Margaritas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute, Alkinoos Margaritas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julius Vanneste. The goal made the score 2-1. Alkinoos Margaritas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joop Hollandts stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, AJ Juventus FC's Alkinoos Margaritas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julius Vanneste narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alkinoos Margaritas in the 56th minute of play forced Limburg United's goalkeeper Julius Vanneste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mambru Puertas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joop Hollandts in the 58th minute of play. Alkinoos Margaritas took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julius Vanneste. Julius Vanneste dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. AJ Juventus FC made a substitution. Vinny Speed replaced Leoncio Abarzua. AJ Juventus FC's Alkinoos Margaritas got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alkinoos Margaritas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julius Vanneste having to make a save. 69 minutes into the match, Limburg United's goal looked a bit too open when Alkinoos Margaritas came free, but Julius Vanneste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 71 minutes of play, AJ Juventus FC's Alkinoos Margaritas made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julius Vanneste was left in no man's land by his defense there! AJ Juventus FC made a substitution. Duško Zambata replaced Alkinoos Margaritas. 77 minutes into the match, AJ Juventus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bob Thielens came free, but Mambru Puertas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bob Thielens in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mambru Puertas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Duško Zambata blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julius Vanneste having to make a save. Limburg United's Julius Vanneste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duško Zambata in the 80th minute of play. In the 85th minute Duško Zambata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julius Vanneste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Duško Zambata had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julius Vanneste. Limburg United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Duško Zambata was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. After having played for 90 minutes, Duško Zambata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AJ Juventus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duško Zambata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of AJ Juventus FC booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luke Demarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Duško Zambata sped through Limburg United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julius Vanneste. Luke Demarez kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AJ Juventus FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Limburg United had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
