After having played for 14 minutes, Michaël Guillot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michaël Guillot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niculae Romanescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Lebas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KaoS Futbol Club's Pierluigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michaël Guillot in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Lebas in the 30th minute of play forced CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's goalkeeper Niculae Romanescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michaël Guillot in the 37th minute of play forced KaoS Futbol Club's goalkeeper Pierluigi Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KaoS Futbol Club's attentive Trevor Bibby managed to snatch the ball when Klement Makarewicz made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. Niculae Romanescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Lebas, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 1-0 became the score in the 48th minute when Michaël Guillot elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ireneusz Jeleń to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Ireneusz Jeleń got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to CWKS KĘDZIERZYN getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Kamilo Glik hit a great ball. Niculae Romanescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lluis Companys in the 63rd minute. Pierluigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ireneusz Jeleń, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Niculae Romanescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Lebas in the 70th minute of play. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Marco van Basten was substituted for Michaël Guillot. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kamilo Glik in the 84th minute. The corner led to CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Marco van Basten getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Pierluigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robertas Lewandowski in the 93rd minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, KaoS Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Velimir Bostandzhiev came free, but Pierluigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the CWKS KĘDZIERZYN players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
