The audience was convinced that Fausto Vimaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Januário Rangel was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 32 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's Norberto Lara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Januário Rangel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's Hustaz Gorostarzu got a free kick in the 41st minute. 44 minutes into the game, Futbol Club RRFV's Samuel Souza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Januário Rangel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricardo Guerra was the one to do the kick off. In the 85th minute, Ricardo Guerra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MEXACOMX fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when 洪延广 got free with Januário Rangel in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the MEXACOMX defense, Fausto Vimaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Januário Rangel. The MEXACOMX fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Januário Rangel should have stopped the shot. Zé Carlos de Brito hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. If Ricardo Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MEXACOMX were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Futbol Club RRFV for a fine match.
