Yuri da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Mutu, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 9 minutes into the match, Olivedos's goal looked a bit too open when Heintje Gamarra came free, but Yuri da Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Tractorul Satulung -MM- getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Mugur Cenușă hit a great ball. Luisinho Ceresso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Panait Hațegan made a huge save. Abel de Godoi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Panait Hațegan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Ricardinho Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olivedos's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardinho Vianna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Panait Hațegan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute, Ricardinho Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yuri da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codruț Ferenț in the 18th minute of play. Afonsinho Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Panait Hațegan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel de Godoi in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Abel de Godoi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Panait Hațegan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 30th match minute, Olivedos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magno Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute Abel de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panait Hațegan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Hațegan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisinho Ceresso in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Mutu in the 38th minute of play forced Olivedos's goalkeeper Yuri da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Adrian Mutu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Heintje Gamarra hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Yuri da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Cangeopol in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abel de Godoi to strike the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Abel de Godoi came free, but Panait Hațegan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panait Hațegan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel de Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Ricardinho Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panait Hațegan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Olivedos's Abel de Godoi in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goalie prevented a goal. Afonsinho Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Abel de Godoi came free, but Panait Hațegan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 played minutes Tractorul Satulung -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Heintje Gamarra. After 95 played minutes, Olivedos's Luisinho Ceresso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Panait Hațegan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Olivedos reached it. Tractorul Satulung -MM- were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
