William Westelinx started the match with the kick off. He Wei Zhi made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Ouagadougou National's Paolo Evis. Hipolito Cambranes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 4 minutes into the match, FC Ouagadougou National's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Cambranes came free, but Rene Vereijt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Ouagadougou National's goalkeeper Rene Vereijt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 8 minutes of play, FC Ouagadougou National's William Westelinx made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fülöp Marton was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th match minute, White Raven FC. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by He Wei Zhi to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of White Raven FC. booed when FC Ouagadougou National was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faudel Dagorne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hipolito Cambranes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 23rd playminute. Rene Vereijt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hipolito Cambranes in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, FC Ouagadougou National's William Westelinx sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fülöp Marton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fülöp Marton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Westelinx in the 32nd minute of play. Paolo Evis kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After 43 played minutes White Raven FC. got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Jerano. Fülöp Marton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Westelinx, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

FC Ouagadougou National's Faudel Dagorne quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Enzo Mufazalov, made in the 54th minute of the game. A collision led to White Raven FC. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Hipolito Cambranes hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Hipolito Cambranes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Vereijt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. White Raven FC.'s Witalis Treppa was substituted for Boris Specht. White Raven FC.'s Vilhelm Ekeberg was substituted for Cido Perez. Fülöp Marton made an important save on a dangerous shot by William Westelinx in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Enzo Mufazalov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When White Raven FC.'s Paris Amsterdam in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Ouagadougou National's goalie prevented a goal. Paris Amsterdam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Fülöp Marton managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when FC Ouagadougou National's William Westelinx fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fülöp Marton made an important save on a dangerous shot by William Westelinx in the 80th minute. Rene Vereijt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paris Amsterdam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Ouagadougou National's Jedrzej Kiszkiel was substituted for William Westelinx. FC Ouagadougou National's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Riemer Ax in the 88th minute. FC Ouagadougou National's Andres Calamaro managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ottó Mezei in the 90 minute of the game. Rene Vereijt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paris Amsterdam in the 96th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
