After a defensive mix-up in HİSAR's zone, Gottlieb Hammer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvin Lundgren came out of the goal and Gottlieb Hammer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Şakir Okcan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Karsten Zielinski 10 minutes into the match. HİSAR's Edvin Lundgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gottlieb Hammer in the 20th minute of play. Karsten Zielinski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silviano Huilcaman's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Gottlieb Hammer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Lundgren having to interfere. HİSAR's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ennio Cavaliere in the 26th minute. Karsten Zielinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witalis Rode in the 33rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Balus Treter's Karsten Zielinski got control of the ball when Şakir Okcan tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gottlieb Hammer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Balus Treter booed when HİSAR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şansal Pekdeger didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Mehmet Anıl Açıker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Silviano Huilcaman came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the HİSAR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silviano Huilcaman couldn't finish the play. After 59 minutes, Silviano Huilcaman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HİSAR and the Balus Treter players grew even worse after the yellow card. HİSAR's Edvin Lundgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save HİSAR from getting a goal against them. Balus Treter's Karsten Zielinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silviano Huilcaman in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Balus Treter getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ntinos Karsiotis hit a great ball. Silviano Huilcaman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karsten Zielinski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. During the 81st minute of the match Silviano Huilcaman completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Silviano Huilcaman a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Silviano Huilcaman hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match.
